Best for: Small offices that want peace of mind knowing every computer is protected and maintained.

MacCoach Guardian Complete
Full-service support, proactive protection, and ongoing education for your team.
Guardian Complete includes everything from Essentials plus up to two hours of dedicated support each month, delivered remotely. It also adds personalized staff training across macOS, Windows, iPhone, and iPad, along with device setup, configuration, and quarterly technology health reviews.
Best for: Businesses that want full protection and a trusted technology partner to keep everything running smoothly.
Price: $225 per month (includes up to two hours of support) plus $10 per device per month for Guardian Essentials coverage.

Every account is personally managed by Elliott, ensuring dependable, human-level support without the need for in-house IT.
Price: $95 per month for up to ten users
Includes ongoing administration, user and group management, shared drive maintenance, security enforcement, and monthly account reviews. Additional users can be added for $7 per user per month.
Best for: Businesses that rely on Google Workspace and want expert, hands-on management with personal accountability.
